ASOS Top Sale/Outlet Picks

Hi guys, I hope you're all doing well!

This week has been awful in light of everything that is going on. Yesterday I decided to write a new blog post to take my mind off the news. It is so easy to become overwhelmed so it is important to take some time for yourself to relax. I have been doing a lot of online shopping at the moment (mainly out of boredom) so I thought I would show you my top sale/outlet picks from ASOS.

1. ASOS Design Midaxi Dress in Ice Nude £15.75

This gorgeous slip dress currently has a huge 65% off and is a bargain! This could be worn with heels for a fancy look or you could also style it with a t shirt underneath and chunky trainers or boots for a cute summer look. It also comes in a lovely olive colour.

This ruched detail skirt is great for summer and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is! It also has 40% off and is made from a light woven fabric so your legs will still be able to breathe in the hot weather. I would pair with a black graphic tee and trainers for a casual summertime look.

This cute, cosy jacket is currently half price and would be great come autumn. It has functional pockets and a flattering tie waist. In autumn/winter I would wear this with black jeans, Dr Martens and with a chunky beanie hat. You can also size up and go for the oversized look and layer underneath.

This essential top is currently half price and is a great basic to have in your wardrobe. It would look great with just jeans or a denim skirt in the summer but can also be layered e.g. with a t shirt over the top for a more edgy look.

This beautiful mint coloured dress is almost half price and is a steal. This would look really cute on a mild night with sandals but would also look great with a black belt and chunky boots with a t shirt underneath for a more casual style. I love that the straps are also adjustable so they won't slip off your shoulders.

This cute cardigan is currently half price and is very trendy at the moment. These cardigans look great half buttoned up with wide leg jeans and either boots or trainers. I would also wear some silver thin jewellery to match.

I'm trying to stop buying so many clothes during lockdown but this skirt is just so tempting! It would look great with a black sleeveless crop top or any black top/jumper depending on the weather. I would pair it with my Dr Martens for a more grungey look.

These chunky flatforms are great for the upcoming summer months as they will go with all of your outfits - it will also glam up a simple t shirt and jeans. Also super easy to just shove on for taking out the bins or going to the shop!

9. In The Style x Fashion Influx Shirt Dress in Brown Check £17.10

I loved the In The Style x Fashion Influx collaboration and I love this dress. It has a belted waist and the fabric is also made from a woven fabric that has stretch. I would wear this with my Jadon Dr Martens with a black cross body bag.

Tie dye is back in and I love it. This string shopper is great if you're grabbing a few things from the shop or for when we're able to go out for the day it's great for holding your water bottle and other essentials.

This half price midi skirt is a dream - it's made of a satin style fabric and has a thigh high split. This is another piece that is versatile and could be dressed up with a bright pair of heels or with a white crop top and trainers.

Add a pop of colour to your summer wardrobe with this gorgeous lilac bodysuit. It would look cute with some straight leg jeans and heels or with a denim skirt and sandals on a hot day.

This trendy shoulder bag is a great find! With it being in black it will go with the majority of your outfits and it also has external zips leaving you with plenty of space for your belongings.

This pick is super versatile - it would look great for a day in the office, a summer day or glammed up for a zoom with the girls. On a warm day I would wear this with black jeans and open toe sandals with some gold jewellery to accessorise it.

This dress is also one of my top favourite picks, it is so gorgeous. Puffy sleeves are so on trend right now and will be throughout the summer. I think this would look great for a fancy date night (inside our homes at the moment) with black heels and a black mini handbag.

Collaboration with DFWM Jewellery

Welcome back to my blog; I know it’s been a long time since my last post - life has been very busy! I’m currently working with DFWM (Don’t F**k With Me) Jewellery and can’t wait to show you what they’ve sent me. Scroll down to see my pictures. DFWM is an online unisex jewellery store run by one woman, Michelle. As a single mum, Michelle was looking for a new career path. After chatting to her friend, she came up with the idea of an online chic boutique; DFWM followed soon after. The brand’s s ethos is to stand up for ourselves and what’s right. We shouldn’t tolerate insulting behaviour nor be made to feel uncomfortable for being who we are. This is definitely a message I can get behind and support! In my opinion, we need so many more brands to embrace people from all backgrounds. I have been kindly sent a stunning bee ring and two bracelets - both are gorgeous!! DFWM have a fab range of products including gold-plated and sterling silver jewellery, snazzy sunglasses, not to m...

My Skincare Routine

Hi guys, welcome back to my blog!  For this weeks post I thought I would share with you all my skincare routine and my favourite products. I love trying out new items but I have fairly sensitive, acne prone skin, as well as this I have dry patches but a very oily T zone, so I find it a nightmare trying to find the perfect routine. Morning Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Charcoal Face Wash £5 I usually shower every morning and I wash my face with this from Boots. I have tried out a lot of tea tree face washes but find that they can dry me out and leave my skin a bit red, however this works a treat on me. I massage this onto my wet face and neck for at least 1 minute, leaving my skin feeling clean and smooth. The charcoal draws out deep impurities and excess oil without over drying your skin. Mario Badescu Aloe Vera Toner £13.50 Once I am out of the shower I use this Mario Badescu aloe vera toner. It is suitable for dry and sensitive skin and is alcohol free. I love this toner as it i...

Workwear Picks

Finding outfits that look fashionable and appropriate can be difficult so I've decided to put together some key pieces that I think would be great for either work or uni. These pieces I have listed can be worn easily time and time again by styling in different ways - they could be dressed up for a fancy event or dressed down for a more casual office look. Many websites such as Topshop and Pretty Little Thing have a workwear section complete with suits, blouses and trousers. I find this so helpful when it comes to finding smart clothes even when they are not for work! 1. Belted Jersey Midi Dress £29 This belted Topshop midi dress is perfect workwear, it is one of my favourites on this list! It's a simple piece that could be worn with some chunky boots in Winter or ballet flats in summer. You could also wear a chunky knit over this with some tights for those snowy days. 2. Bell Sleeve Chuck On Dress £25 This Topshop 'chuck on' dress is great for those days...
